With over 30 years experience working as a cook,chef and fishmonger;I knew there had to be
a better way to sharpen a tool and have it hold it's edge.
Pull through type sharpeners remove too much metal and alter the temper of most knives and scissors.
We offer the option of slow speed /water cooled
sharpening. We then hone using fine abrasives.
Our goal is to restore your edge while removing no more metal than necessary.
